We offer individual therapy to children, young adults and adults that are experiencing life challenges. Therapy can be a great tool to help individuals work through challenges and lead a productive life.

Charity Brimmer
Charity is a School Counselor and current Resident in Counseling with experience working with individuals of all ages. Her approach is rooted in empathy, inclusivity, and a commitment to celebrating each person’s unique strengths. She utilizes evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Play Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, tailoring each session to the client’s needs. With a background in both school and clinical settings, Charity strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel valued, empowered, and equipped with the skills to navigate life’s challenges.

Meet
Sumara Wiggins

Sumara Wiggins is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) in the State of Virginia that has provided mental health services since 2011. She is also a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor that provides clinical supervision to Residents in Counseling. She is an alumni of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received her Bachelor's in Social Work then Master's in Counseling. Sumara has worked with children/youth and adults in a variety of different settings which includes community based mental health agencies, private day schools, and community service board. Sumara values respect, honesty, communication, and commitment, to name a few. Sumara uses different approaches to addressing issues in therapy to include Person-Centered approach, Strengths-Based approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Interventions. Sumara enjoys helping others navigate life stressors and getting to the root of the unknown.
